BC POLICE DISCIPLINE — COMPLETE DATA AND ANALYSIS ARCHIVE

Every substantiated misconduct allegation against a municipal police officer in
British Columbia published by the Office of the Police Complaint Commissioner,
concluded September 2010 to March 2025: 1,243 allegations across 727 cases in
15 municipal agencies.

01_source        The record as published, unaltered, plus the two reference
                 documents and an index of the 576 adjudication PDFs.
02_coded_data    The analysis frame, one row per allegation, and the machine
                 coding runs behind it.
03_hand_coding   Hand-coded sheets. Each carries the evidence quote that
                 supports the code.
04_qualitative   Extracted passage corpora and the close readings written from
                 them.
05_results       Figures, their underlying cells, the scripts that produce
                 every number, the classifier validation report, and the runbook.

NOT INCLUDED: the 576 adjudication PDFs themselves (497 MB). They are public at
opcc.bc.ca/decisions/ and 01_source/decision_pdf_index.csv lists every URL.
